My guests loved my granola so much that my husband Nick convinced me to package it for sale. It has been interesting learning all about the regulations, nutritional values, and other requirements needed to offer it for sale commercially. It took me a while to get everything sorted out, and now i have guests who buy bags direct, locals who get their granola fix at the farmers’ market, and a few stores that stock it - as well as some other inns that buy it in bulk to serve to their guests.
